St Rochus’s history commences in 2005. At that time, chef patissier Paul Cochez starts producing filled brown spiced biscuit, a product that is known in Belgium since 1948. Because of a persisted client and quality approach, it didn’t take us a long time until we became the market leader of this product. The 10th of january 2008, we obtained our first BRC certificate, only a couple of years after starting. The end of 2008 brought us a new product, namely our Buche coco, a coconut bar, covered with dark chocolat. Meanwhile, we are investing in sophisticated and modern new machinery which makes us able to produce even faster and better. This way we can offer new products to our clients, such as our ‘hearts and grapes’, launched in 2009. Because of great succes, we started exporting our products to other countries in 2010.
